Do you remember, way back when you were a kid, the night before a field trip?
It was an escape from the mundane monotony of everyday life.
A chance to do something different, to be someone different.
You’d stay up, wide eyed, staring at the ceiling of your bedroom, thinking about all of the animals you’ll see at the zoo or all of the candy you’ll eat from the chocolate factory.
We don’t get many chances in life to feel that way.
Appreciate them when they come.
